So in other words you did not do your job and actually check if I was botting and you know I'm right. Thanks for letting me know! Where is the proof? You don't have software that can check if people are botting? You went strictly off someone's report! Wow...

Upon an additional review of this matter, we have come to the same conclusion. As we have now reviewed this on multiple occasions, we will no longer be discussing this particular incident. Please ensure that additional penalties are not necessary by reviewing and abiding by the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. When your suspension has passed, your account will automatically be accessible again. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this process.

Once again, I will state that I DID NOT use any third party software and I DID NOT or ever will do, any form of botting! Please read that I have already told you this and that I only used the in game CTR-Right click to automate an attack called "Caltrops", a feature that you provide in YOUR game! How many time times do I need tell you this! I have read all the links several times before you posted them! I had plenty of time to do that while suspended and again it never stated that you can't use the in game auto attack feature! I will continue to keep this ticket open until someone takes the time to actually investigate this ticket and my record is cleaned of all negative marks! 
AGAIN: I did not "BOT" and did not use any third party software! I USED : CTRL-RIGHT CLICK, the in game automate attack feature!

Please understand that botting is strictly prohibited in the Guild Wars 2 Rules of Conduct, as outlined below:
“You may not use any third-party program (such as a “bot”) in order to automate gameplay functions, including playing, chatting, interacting, or gathering gold or items within Guild Wars 2. You may not assist, relay, or store gold or items for other players who are using these processes.”

I used CTRL-Right click on my Caltrops skill, thief profession also you have been suspending people doing the same thing. Here is link about the issue from your own forum site.

Also please do some research and make sure that you check for third party software before taking a report from a player who does not know the game has an auto attack feature built into the game. As of now, I try not to use the auto attack feature in case I have to go AFK. I don't want to be reported by someone who doesn't know how to use every feature of the game. I've read the EULA and it did not state that you could be banned for using auto-attack, a feature developed by Guild Wars ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Like I said I never used any automated feature other than the CTRL-RIGHT Click auto attack. So you are saying using CTRL-Right click on a skill is Botting? If so please remove it from the game. I did not know I could get suspended for using an auto attack that guild wars 2 provided.

Hello,
The account was originally suspended on 08/30 for automated game play in Wetland Grotto.
First offenses are allowed a 72 hour suspension, as a warning. Further offenses may be actioned permanently.

I received a third party accusation and was booted from the game for 72 hours. I do not use third party software and the only thing I have done is use the in game ctrl right click automation feature. Can I please get some clarification on why I received this warning? Also, a 72 hour suspension seems pretty hefty without any justification or warning for not even using a third party anything.
